My name is Jo Ounstead and welcome to my website. You may have found yourself here for many reasons. Most of us experience some time in our lives which is difficult - where our normal ability to cope deserts us and we are involved with an inner struggle which is at times overwhelming. For whatever reason you may have arrived here, it is possible that you feel alone and isolated in your own personal struggle.
I work with individual adults on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I am committed to providing counselling and therapy in a safe, confidential and non-judgemental environment, and have counselling rooms in Mayfield, Crowborough and Royal Tunbridge Wells.
